MANUFACTURING

All R.B. of McD leather goods are made in Downtown Los Angeles by hand. All of our products are made with the same exacting standards and aesthetics, and are of the same exceptional quality.

SHIPPING

Orders placed with R.B. of McD are shipped via UPS and require a signature in order to complete delivery. You should generally allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order will ship. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Customer Care at 213.281.9758 with your request. During online sales the order processing time period will be longer as we receive a higher volume of orders.

DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify R.B. of McD Customer Care at 213.281.9758 or email info@rbofmcd.com as early as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on all full-price orders* within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Please include with your return a copy of your order including your contact information and indicate whether you prefer a return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete. *Orders placed during online sales are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

SALES TAX

All items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.
